New Look Web page

6.12.09: I have changed our web page to a completely new content management system. This followed a major crash on the old system which I think was caused by an SQL or PHP update on the server. The new back end is now set up and I am working on getting the data out of the old data base and in to the new one. It is a manual process and it could take a while.
